Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using GTag, the digital business card service (the "Service") provided by DANCOMPANY (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and its users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
"User" means a member who uses the Service under these Terms, or a person who receives and views a card.
"Member" means a person who has signed up with email or a social login and created a card.
"Business Customer" means a corporation, organization or sole proprietor that has entered into a contract with the Company for the business service (GTag for Business).
"Admin" means a member designated by a Business Customer to manage its members and company information in the admin console.
"Team Member" means a member invited by a Business Customer's admin and linked to the company card.
Article 3 (The Service)
The Service lets users create digital business cards, share them by QR code, link or NFC, keep received cards (card wallet), and save them to their phone's contacts.
The Service is free for individual members.
The business service is paid. It provides company information and card designs applied to all cards, inviting team members and managing joiners, leavers and titles, per-department designs (Team Pro), and NFC card production.
Article 4 (Sign-up and account deletion)
Users can sign up with email verification or a social login.
Members can delete their account at any time via More → Delete account in the app. Their cards and card wallet are deleted immediately. When a team member deletes their account, they are shown as having left in the Business Customer's member list.
Article 5 (Card information and visibility)
Anyone who has a member's card link can view the card. Members must enter only information that may be made public, and can choose which fields to show with the per-field hide option.
Members must not create cards with other people's information or false information, and must not use another party's trademarks or logos without permission.
Article 6 (Use of received cards)
Information from received cards may be used only for the purpose of exchanging business cards, and must not be used for advertising, spam or similar purposes without consent.
Article 7 (Business service contract)
A business service contract is formed when the Business Customer applies through a business inquiry, the Company provides a quote stating the plan, number of users and term, the Business Customer accepts it, and the Company opens an admin account.
Contracts are made per plan (Team Basic or Team Pro), number of users and billing cycle (monthly or annual). Contracts for 1,000 or more users may be agreed separately.
The Company may decline an application that is untrue or is clearly intended to misuse the Service.
Article 8 (Fees and payment)
Business service fees follow the amounts published on the business page (VAT excluded), unless an individual contract states otherwise.
Fees are calculated per team member per month. If the number of users under contract is fewer than 10, 10 users are charged.
Monthly plans are paid before each month of use begins; annual plans are paid in full before the term begins. The Company informs the Business Customer of payment methods and tax invoices when the contract is made.
If a Business Customer does not pay by the due date, the Company may restrict use of the admin console after giving notice with a period of at least 14 days. Team members' cards remain viewable in that case.
Article 9 (Changes to the number of users)
The number of invited and active team members may not exceed the number of users under contract. Team members marked as having left do not count.
Increases apply immediately, and the fee for the added users is charged in proportion to the remaining term.
Decreases apply from the next billing cycle.
Article 10 (Cancellation and refunds)
A Business Customer may request cancellation at any time.
Monthly plans: the service can be used until the last day of the month in which cancellation was requested, and no charge is made from the following month. Fees for months already paid are not refunded.
Annual plans: the Company refunds the remainder after deducting the months used up to the cancellation request (part of a month counts as a full month), calculated at the monthly rate.
If cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment and no team member has been invited, the full amount paid is refunded.
If the Service cannot be used for 24 consecutive hours or more due to the Company's fault, the fee for that period is deducted from the next payment or refunded at the Business Customer's request.
Refunds are made to the original payment method or an account designated by the Business Customer within 7 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
Article 11 (NFC cards and other physical products)
NFC cards and stickers are made to order with the Business Customer's logo and each team member's card, so they cannot be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind once production has started.
Products with production defects, such as printing faults or chip write errors, are remade free of charge or refunded if reported within 30 days of receipt.
Each NFC card holds the link to a team member's card. When the team member leaves, the link shows their personal card without company information.
Article 12 (Card designs)
Applying a Business Customer's existing card design (original files, images, scans or photos) to the Service is free of charge. Creating a new card design costs an additional design fee, set by quote.
The Business Customer warrants that it holds the rights or permission to use the logos, designs, fonts and other materials it provides to the Company. The Business Customer is responsible for any dispute with a third party arising from a breach of this warranty.
The Company uses designs provided by a Business Customer only to make and display that Business Customer's cards, and destroys original files received to apply a design within 30 days after the design is applied.
The scope of use and ownership of designs newly created by the Company are set in the design quote.
Article 13 (Admins and team members)
The Business Customer must collect and use the team member information its admins enter (email, name, department, title, etc.) lawfully, and must inform team members that GTag cards are being issued to them.
Team members cannot change the company-related fields set by the admin (company name, logo, card design, department, title, company phone, address). Admins cannot change the mobile number, email, photo, introduction or other information that team members enter themselves.
A team member's account and the information they enter belong to the team member. When an admin marks a team member as having left, only the company-related fields are removed and the card remains as the team member's personal card.
The Business Customer is responsible for managing its admin accounts and must notify the Company immediately on becoming aware that an admin account has been compromised.
Article 14 (End of contract and data)
When the contract ends, the company-related fields are removed from team members' cards, and each card remains as that team member's personal card.
Within 30 days after the contract ends, the Company destroys the Business Customer's company information, logo and design images, and member list, except for transaction records that applicable law requires to be kept, which are kept for the required period.
Article 15 (Changes to and suspension of the Service)
The Company may change or suspend parts of the Service for operational or technical reasons, and announces important changes in advance.
If the paid business service is discontinued, the Company notifies each Business Customer individually at least 30 days before the end date and refunds the fees for the remaining term.
Article 16 (Limitation of liability)
The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of card information entered by users, or for interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.
Unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence, the Company's liability for damages in the business service is limited to the fees paid by the Business Customer in the 12 months before the damage occurred.
Article 17 (Changes to these Terms)
When the Company changes these Terms, it announces the changes and the effective date in the Service at least 7 days before they take effect.
Changes unfavorable to Business Customers are announced at least 30 days in advance and notified individually to the admin email. The Business Customer may cancel before the effective date, in which case refunds are made under Article 10.
Article 18 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
